This year’s Men of Exemplary Influence 2023 award ceremony, hosted by the Philippine Cancer Society (PCS) in Shangri La The Fort, BGC, Taguig City in September 2023, marked a momentous occasion in recognizing outstanding gentlemen of influence and leadership. Among the esteemed guests was Roberto “Bobby” Alvarez Jr., a respected member known for his remarkable contributions to the real estate industry and community development.

The annual gala, which originated as The Best Dressed Women of the Philippines, has evolved over the years to include various categories, including the distinguished Men of Exemplary Influence accolade. Initiated by the late Roberto Montilla Paterno during his tenure as chairman of the PCS, the gala serves a dual purpose of raising cancer awareness and providing assistance to patients in need through the PCS.

This 2023’s gala was a resounding success, with over 700 guests in attendance and a staggering Php 23 million raised for the Philippine Cancer Society. The event honored individuals across different categories, including the Icon of the Best Dressed Women in the Philippines, Best Dressed Ladies, Ambassadors for Life, Golden Hearts Awardees, Paterno Awardees, and notably, the Men of Exemplary Influence.
